Shipping

Once you’ve ordered you will receive a confirmation email. We will only ship to the address given and will not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses.

We endeavor to have orders dispatched within 5 working days from the received payment. These times may differ slightly during busy times such as collection launches or for large orders and/or orders including made to order items. Your choice in shipping method (1st Class / 2nd Class) Does not affect processing time. If you need an upto date turn around time please contact us either via email, website chat or our instagram.

We ship all orders with Royal Mail. All delivery costs are calculated on weight and will automatically be applied at checkout. Once your order is complete it will be posted based on the service you’ve selected with royal mail. 

All products are quality checked before leaving and are packaged to ensure no breakages/damages occur. If on the rare occasion your product arrives damaged please contact us on the day of delivery with information on the damage including pictures, we will look into this for you and discuss the options with you to rectify this as quickly as possible.
