Once you’ve ordered you will receive a confirmation email. We will only ship to the address given and will not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses.

We aim to get your order packed and posted as soon as possible but we advise a 5 day turn around. Your choice in shipping method (1st Class / 2nd Class) Does not affect turn around time.  

We ship all orders with Royal Mail. All delivery costs are calculated on weight and will automatically be applied at checkout. Once your order is complete it will be posted based on the service you’ve selected with royal mail. 

All products are quality checked before leaving and are packaged to ensure no breakages/damages occur. If on the rare occasion your product arrives damaged please contact us on the day of delivery with information on the damage and with pictures, we will look into this for you and discuss the options with you to rectify this.
